Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the tool in its original manufacturer's box, ensuring all accessories, blades, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable postage to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the tool's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
